The Gazelle Foundation announces the 2009 Run For The Water. Not only is it becoming Austin's most prestigious and quickly growing race, it's a huge leap for humanity. And more than just a catchy name, you're actually running for the water. Whether you take on the 10-Miler, 5K or Kids K, every runner who enters, helps one person in the country of Burundi gain access to fresh drinking water for the rest of their life. Race Details: Packet Pickup: Packet Pickup will be held at RunTex Riverside, 420 W. Riverside Drive on Friday, November 6 between 10 AM and 7 PM, Saturday November 7 between 9 AM and 6 PM and Sunday, November 8 between 6:00am – 7:00am for the 10Miler and until 9:30am for the 5K and Kids K.
