Best Place to Run

Town lake or barton springs trail?

Depends on the type of run. For an easy run, I like the Greenbelt. Town Lake or Shoal Creek for a tempo run or medium pace run.

Ultimate long run in Austin for me is Mt Bonnell to Scenic Dr to Stratford, Town Lake & incorporate Shoal Creek....Around 20 miles.

I'm a big greenbelt fan, the trail lets you really escape the city. Townlake or the AHS track for hard workouts.

I agree that those are great places but I think I most enjoy running through UT on a game day. There a lot of excitement in the air and it fun to be running while others are just beginning to eat the BBQ & Beer.
