Born to Run

For those who have read the book I have a question...what did you think the point of the book was?

The bood has two main points. 1) You were designed to run, namely but not exclusively barefoot.  Everything about you is engineered to run.  Its not that shoes don't have a place in running, but they are not the determining factor.  Your body is more than capable to handle running.  2) Running is a really natural thing for humans to do.  There is a considerable amount of research that supports this.  From design, to diet there is more and more data that supports running as a tool that help to separate us from the rest of the animal kingdom.

I had a few of the same questions and I am working on a natural running resource-http://flowrunningproject.com.

The book is definitely worth a read.
